This month marks the end of over 13 years of brutal war in Syria - a devastating conflict that has claimed the lives of hundreds of thousands, displaced millions and damaged critical infrastructure. Syria faces unimaginable challenges as people rebuild their lives amid economic collapse and the lingering effects of war. They are poverty-stricken and desperate for help.
